Business Associate
Taylor HIMSolutions, LLC is a Business Associate of each and every healthcare provider, insurance company, law firm, and legal entity it works for. For this reason, we have at least two agreements that every facility must sign prior to beginning our services. Organizations will sign the business agreement and the terms and conditions.
Requirements Under the Business Associate Agreement

Data Collection, Usage, and Transfer
The Data that is collected We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give via form submissions, web browser cookies, other web browser interactions, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell, rent or share this information to any other entity other than as required to reach persons who have requested contact, to improve our web presence and other operations and to comply with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.

Any document containing identifiable client or patient information including but not limited to a patient's medical record, business agreements, client intake forms, reports, etc. may under no circumstances be removed from the facility or covered entity's premises. While Taylor HIMSolutions, LLC is responsible for the safeguarding of client and patient information, the covered entity shares in this responsibility. Maintaining the privacy, security, and confidentiality of each client and patient is a vital responsibility of both the covered entity and Taylor HIMSolutions, LLC.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

- Never disclose Personal Health Information other than as provided in the business agreement.
- Use updated physical and technical safeguards to prevent improper use and disclosure of Personal Health Information.
- Mitigate any harmful effect caused by any improper use or disclosure of Personal Health Information.
- Document any and all disclosures of Personal Health Information that are required in order to respond to any Accounting of Disclosure requests.
- The Omnibus Rule requires the Covered Entity's Business Associate enter into a Business Associate Agreement with their subcontractors who will receive, create, and/or transmit Personal Health Information on the organizations behalf.
- Destroy all Personal Health Information that we maintain on behalf of a covered entity upon completion of the signed business agreement.
